Shopify Plus Website Build

 

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is an ever-evolving body of work by collaborators Sarah Gittoes and Robert Sebastian Grynkofki.

 

With the current website experiencing a multitude of fundamental issues, a build which would form a strong starting point for more advanced features was needed. In 4 weeks the new website was launched with all the past issues successfully rectified.

 

  • Rework of homepage, product & catalog page using brand guidlines as a basis for design
  • Creation of Information Architecture formatting –  improved navigation and filtering for simplified customer journey
  • Implementation of principles to  improve site speed
  • Archive Sales  – Collections only accessible by certain customers
  • Reduce overselling, configure Inventory Sync from Cin7 to Shopify to allow accurate stock levels
  • Creation of ‘in stock’ & ‘made to order’ product distinction with relevant estimated shipping date, split shipping & emails
  • Ability to check store stock levels in Mosman & Paddington retail locations
  • Setup of GeoIP forced redirect
